As manager Garry Vaughan continues to reshape his squad for what he anticipates being a tough second half of the season, as Ramsbottom United look to escape the claws of relegated from the Evo-Stik Premier, one player arrives as another leaves.

Moving to the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium is 22-year-old centre forward Danny Wilkins, who previously played for Evo-Stik Division One North side Kendal Town.  He joins the squad and is available for tomorrow’s crucial home game against fellow strugglers Stamford.

Departing from the east Lancashire club is youngster Ben Woods, a left back, who has made the short journey down the M60 to join fellow league side Hyde United.
