Ramsbottom United manager Mark Fell has further tweaked his squad with the arrival of two new signings and the departure of two others.
Signing in at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium is 17-year-old defender Tom Stead, who has joined the Rams from Preston North End. The youngster is well thought of at Deepdale, and he joins the club for the foreseeable future on a Work Experience basis.
Joining the teenager is Joshua Kweifo-Okai, a 24-year-old centre-forward from Australia. Joshua arrived at Ramsbottom in the summer to take part in pre-season training, and impressed manager Fell who offered him a contract. Once international clearance came through, the club were able to register him with the league.
Both made their Rammy debuts in the 2-3 defeat at Skelmersdale United on Saturday.
Meanwhile, departing the HWRS are Marcus Poscha and Martin Fearon.
Poscha rejoined the rams just over a month ago, but has moved on to Evo-Stik Premier League side Halesowen Town, whilst Fearon decided to move on after being dropped, and has also moved into the Premier Division with his former Skelmersdale manager Tommy Lawson at Marine.
The club wishes the two departees well for the future, whilst hoping the two newcomers enjoy a successful spell in Ramsbottom.
